Proof of Life

Yep. I’m still here.

It starts with an idea. Actually, in this case, it started with my latest Instagram post. Doesn’t everything these days? What is even up with these days, these days?

This about sums up my lack-of-writing spiral of the last year.

Well, that’s not entirely fair. We moved. Across the whole country. And then there this is this whole ongoing global pandemic. In short, I have been coming up short on the whole writing thing, and have decided to give myself a HUGE helping of space with any expectations around writing and creation.

BUT. The time of transition is coming to a close, and I’m re-calibrating my life again for something resembling a writing practice. Who knows what comes next, but I hope to be back with some essays, and maybe (GASP) some new genre aspirations.
